Work Order Update Emails

EMDECS has a feature on the Retail Work Order screen that allows a user to send an email to unit owners of updates to work order status changes. Sublet From Multiple Suppliers

Customers who have the Retail version of the Work Order screen have the ability to add multiple sublet invoices to a single work order. Using the Sublet tab they have the option of recording multiple sublet jobs to multiple suppliers and separately track all invoices. Contact Support to find out about this feature.
