How do I Report on Deferred Work?

In EMDECS, there are two screens that will show service work that has been deferred. For a simple search, navigate to Repairs> Customer Equipment> Service Reminder. Enter a Customer and Unit # then click Refresh. To print the results, click Report. For a more advanced search, go to Repairs> Customer Equipment> Service Reminder by Customer

Enter a Work Order Quote

Recording a quote for repair work in EMDECS is easy – start with the Quote Job button on the Work Order screen.     This will open a Customer Quotation box and all charges included in the quote can be added.       Save the info and get customer approval before starting the work.

Linking a Part to a Work Order
